    Great meal and exceptional customer service.

    Bolton Landing is not wanting for family diners. I have not been to them all, but after finding this one, I can stop searching. I had a really tasty spicy omelette, which came with spicy chorizo, a few different meats, and jalapeno jack cheese. It included sides of home fries and toast. My toddler had eggs, home fries and toast and ate far more than her little stomach should have been able to handle.

    This diner had a warm family-run feel, and I found the service exceptional.

    There was a small misunderstanding with my order...mostly because I ordered hard-boiled eggs for the little one. They went out of their way to make it right and took half off her meal, which was not necessary.

    Service sucked, food took forever, and it was cold. there was no effort to try to fix the issues.

    SERIOUS LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE
    Wow...not a recommendation from my family. Understaffed. And many of the staff members appear to be confused. Bringing back plates of what was hot food because it wasn't for their table. We were seated st the counter. Right in front of the kitchen window. After about 10 minutes we asked the woman who appeared to be the manager for help and she hurriedly told us that another waiter will be over. She then told that waiter to help us but he was beyond frustrated looking for another customers bill. Liz eventually and to our service. Now sitting over 20 minutes. Not even a glass of water but Liz did step in. At this time the manager was ordering all waitresses to not seat anymore tables. Why?  She said she didn't have enough staff to handle the new clients. It was only 10:45 am at this time. Well we finally got our food after watching a few clients get turned away. Eggs were all VERY runny. Lots of grease. Needless to say all 4 in my family were sick throughout the afternoon.
    I nor my family recommend this place. Service is bad. And I'm being kind. Food is greasy. Staff is miserable. Wished I had a bowl of cereal instead!

    Very Inconsistent !!!! Can't believe in a Vacation spot that is closed during the winter that there would be off days during the week in the summer that now seem to be whenever they feel like.

    Do not start your day for breakfast here, worst experience ever.  Waited 15 minutes for bitter lukewarm coffee, breakfast took 45 minutes.  Arrived cold and greasy without home fries.  When they brought the home fries they were cold , greasy and limp.  The surly waitress took them back never to return.  Both waitresses stood behind the counter chatting while waiting extremely long periods of time for each order to be ready, never, ever checking with their patrons to see if they needed more coffee , water etc.  Everyone had to hunt down the waitress for their check. Terrible
